Just to make it clear from the start, it's a true story. Last weekend I went to a bamboo bush inside of my parents' property. The purposes are, to clean the place (as it's all too common across the world, such private spaces are often turned into a public garbage yard) and bamboo shooting hunting. Bamboo shooting is a spring delicacy for Japanese, Chinese, and other Asian residents which Western people are never familiar with. Say, bamboo shoot is something like truffle or wild garlic. Strolling around the bamboo bush, I found a curious garbage abandoned there. It was navy blue knickers - aka 'buruma' in Japanese -. Actually, bamboo bush is a mysterious place where many incredible events and dramas occur. In 1950, Akira Kurosawa filmed one of such episodes in bamboo bush as "Rashomon".
